Jimmy Cornell is the author of 20 books, with his best-selling World Cruising Routes being described as the bible of long distance voyagers. A companion volume, produced in collaboration with his son Ivan, is a global atlas of pilot charts. The recently published third edition has been fully revised to take into account the changes that have occurred in the global climate conditions.

Jimmy Cornell’s latest book, Sail the World with Me, is based on his extensive knowledge of offshore cruising and deals with all essential aspects of long distance voyaging.  Every subject is dealt with in an informative and entertaining manner, backed up by telling incidents from the author’s wide-ranging experience. The book is lavishly illustrated with photographs from a vast collection built up from voyages to all corners of the world.
