John Neal’s 406,000 offshore miles under sail include six Cape Horn roundings and expeditions to Antarctica, Spitsbergen, Africa and Australia. Since 1976 John’s passion has been sharing his knowledge of ocean cruising through seminars and worldwide sail-training expeditions. He has enjoyed helping and mentoring over 10,000 want-to-be-cruisers find and outfit their boats to fulfill their own cruising adventures through his Boat Purchase Consultation Service.
